To initiate a refund, please contact us within the eligible window:
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, or card). Refund timelines may vary based on your bank or payment provider.
If a student is unable to join the current batch due to genuine reasons, they may request a batch transfer (subject to availability) instead of a refund. One free batch transfer is allowed per enrollment.
If your payment was deducted but the order/enrollment was not confirmed, please contact us within 48 hours with your transaction ID. We will investigate and resolve it within 3 business days.
Any disputes regarding refunds will be resolved through mutual discussion. If unresolved, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bathinda, Punjab, India.
