1. About Us

Gurukul Infosystem is an educational institute based in Bathinda, Punjab, India, offering digital marketing, AI tools, and web design training. Our registered address is: 2052-A, 1st Floor, Near Kalyan Jewellers, Mall Road, Bathinda, Punjab 151001.

2. Enrollment & Admission

• Enrollment is confirmed only upon receipt of the registration fee (₹3,000).
• Seats are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
• The institute reserves the right to reject an enrollment at its sole discretion.
• Students must be at least 16 years of age to enroll.

3. Course Delivery

• Classes are conducted 100% online via Zoom or Google Meet.
• Batch timings: Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM (Evening Batch).
• Course duration: 3 months (approximately 12–13 weeks).
• All sessions are conducted 100% LIVE — no pre-recorded content is provided.
• The institute may reschedule or substitute faculty without prior notice.

4. Payment Terms

• Registration fee: ₹3,000 (non-refundable after 72 hours — see Refund Policy).
• Full course fee: ₹19,000 (inclusive of all modules and study material).
• Payments are accepted via Razorpay (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, EMI).
• EMI options are subject to your bank's terms and conditions.
• Fees once paid are not transferable to another person.

5. Student Conduct

Students are expected to:

• Attend classes punctually and participate actively.
• Treat faculty and fellow students with respect.
• Not record, share, or distribute course materials without written permission.
• Not engage in any form of cheating, plagiarism, or academic dishonesty.

The institute reserves the right to terminate enrollment without refund if a student violates these conduct standards.

6. Intellectual Property

All course content, videos, materials, slides, and resources provided by Gurukul Infosystem are the exclusive intellectual property of the institute. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. Certification

• A course completion certificate will be issued upon attending at least 80% of sessions.
• Certificates are issued digitally within 7 days of course completion.
• The institute does not guarantee third-party recognition of certificates.

8. Placement Assistance

Gurukul Infosystem provides placement assistance including resume building, interview preparation, and job referrals. However, the institute does not guarantee placement or specific salary packages. Results may vary based on individual performance and market conditions.

9. Limitation of Liability

Gurukul Infosystem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by the student.

10. Website Use

• Our website is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice.
• Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only; we are not responsible for their content.

11. Privacy

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your enrollment with Gurukul Infosystem shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bathinda, Punjab, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
